Job Description Operations Manager (LAP)

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes for the Loan Against Property (LAP) business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across functions to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Payout Management: Validate, process, and reconcile payouts for DSAs, connectors, and channel partners as per approved payout structures.
• Performance MIS: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on sourcing, sanctions, disbursements, productivity, and portfolio performance.
• Insurance Tracking: Monitor insurance issuance and premium collection, track pending cases, and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Audit & Compliance: Handle internal and external audits, maintain audit readiness, ensure policy adherence, and drive timely closure of audit observations.
• Post-Disbursement Operations: Ensure completion of documentation, tracking of original property documents, compliance with post-disbursement conditions, and record management.
• Process & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure efficient case processing and TAT adherence.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in LAP/Mortgage Operations.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, disbursement processes, compliance, and operational controls.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
