CENTRAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Lead category management initiatives to optimize spend, standardize specifications, and leverage purchasing synergies across all hospitals/business units.
• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, demand management, value engineering, and supplier negotiations.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives, including process improvement, digitalization, and procurement governance enhancement.
• Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members to build high-performing procurement capabilities.
• Foster a culture of strategic thinking, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer orientation.
• Establish performance objectives and monitor team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university, from Pharmacy or Industrial Engineering, min. GPA is 3,00
• At least 5 years working experience as Purchasing Manager at Hospital
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers
• An understanding of MRP cycle ORACLE software platforms
• Good knowledge about pharmacy, medical supplies, and medical equipment’s
• Literacy in English (speaking and writing).
• Placement in Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan.
