Central Sterile Technician

Overview Process and distribute disposable and reusable medical/surgical supplies in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications Minimum Education:

• Scholastic achievement equal to high school diploma preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

• Six months to one year central services or related OR experience preferred.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• CRCST preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

• Required to comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing
