Central Supply Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Property Signing: Manage the signing process and documentation with homeowners to ensure properties are legally and operationally ready.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate between BDMs, ground teams, and channel partners to streamline property activation.
• Escalation Management: Resolve critical issues regarding pricing, inventory, bookings, and signing delays.
• Inventory & Bookings: Execute booking modifications and updates; ensure pricing and inventory accuracy across all platforms.
• Onboarding Ownership: Take full accountability for the "Signing-to-Live" timeline, ensuring zero bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong comfort level with data management.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with homeowners and internal teams.
• Drive: A high sense of ownership and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or supply operations is a plus.
