What You'll Do

Medical Records

• Maintain accurate and organized resident medical records
• File, scan, organize, and retrieve medical documentation
• Assist with medical record audits and ensure records are complete and accurate
• Support admissions, discharges, and record retention
• Enter and maintain information in the facility's electronic medical record system
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Work with nursing and other departments to obtain missing or required documentation

Central Supply

• Order, receive, organize, and distribute medical supplies
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and identify supply needs
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with deliveries
• Distribute supplies to nursing and other departments
• Help ensure the facility has the supplies needed to provide quality resident care

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Medical Records, Central Supply, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office, Inventory, or a related role preferred
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Professional communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
