Centralized Document Controller(civil & mep)

• Manage the entire lifecycle of all project-related documents, from creation and distribution to revision and archival, ensuring strict adherence to company and project protocols.
• Implement and maintain a robust electronic document management system (EDMS), meticulously organizing and indexing all Civil and MEP drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate the timely issuance and distribution of all project documentation to relevant stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and internal teams, confirming receipt and understanding.
• Oversee the controlled distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, and transmittals, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of all communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hold a relevant professional certification in Document Control (e.g., CDCS) demonstrating expertise.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in document control within large-scale Civil and MEP construction projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using various Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms.
