What they need
Busy Dermatology practice is in search of an immediate full time centralized scheduler to work in our Savannah, GA location.
The candidate must have a great phone voice/phone etiquette and personality. Someone who is dependable, honest, patient, has manners, comes to work on time and consistently, a team player, and can perform their duties quickly yet carefully. Must be able to multitask and have basic computer skills.
This job consists of staying on the phone and making new and established patient appointments for our GA and SC clinics in our scheduling system. Also, the candidate will gather new patient information and provide the patients with support and guidance as needed.
Language:
English (Required)
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
Hours are: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
