Centre Assistant --- Badgework Centre

The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association aims to develop the fullest potential of girls and young women as responsible citizens of the world.

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative and secretarial support for the center and assist in activities planning.
• To assist the Center-in-charge on daily operation of the center
• To assist in organization of training programmes and volunteering activities of the center;
• To assist in data collection and analysis relating to the services of the center and compile regular reports for services evaluation and improvement; and
• Handle ad hoc assignments if necessary
• Irregular working hours in weekends and public holidays if necessary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary or tertiary education
• 1 year’s relevant experience in organizing activities, preferably in uniformed groups
• Pleasant, able to communicate with all levels, work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications & Chinese word processing
• Possessing Guiding experience is an advantage
