Job Description of Centre Coordinator

• Lead allocation to counsellors and follow up for feedback
• Arrange seminars/workshop for counsellors
• Optimize productivity of counsellors
• Daily meetings
• check and summarize reports
• Support counsellors where needed
• Ensure that all leads are effectively engaged. Shuffle leads which are

not being dealt properly by concerned counsellors

• Create batches and allocate trainers in ERP
• Make necessary arrangements for on campus job drives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
