Centre Head

We are looking for a dynamic Centre Head to drive student admissions, counselling, lead conversion, and centre operations at Lakm Academy.

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, enquiries & admission calls
• Follow up and convert leads into admissions
• Counsel students & parents on courses and career opportunities
• Conduct counselling sessions and campus tours
• Maintain CRM and admission records
• Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams
• Support seminars, workshops and promotional activities

Desired profile:

• Bachelors degree; MBA/BBA preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach
• Basic MS Office & computer skills
• Experience in education, counselling, sales or training preferred
• Interest in beauty, fashion & wellness industry is needed
