Job Summary

We are looking for a Centre Head to manage the overall operations of the Edappal centre, with a strong focus on sales, admissions, lead conversion, and centre growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Handle and achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Generate and follow up on student leads through calls, visits, and other channels.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
• Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
• Develop local marketing and sales strategies to increase admissions.
• Conduct college, school, and institutional visits for lead generation.
• Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and other potential partners.
• Monitor the performance of the sales and counselling team.
• Assign leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain daily sales, lead, admission, and revenue reports.
• Track centre performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth centre operations.
• Handle student and parent queries and ensure a good customer experience.
• Support promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and career guidance programs.
• Ensure the overall growth and performance of the Edappal centre.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, education, or centre management preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good student counselling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle centre operations.
• Willingness to travel locally for college and institutional visits.
