Job Summary

• To manage school budget & Revenue growth by various marketing promotion plan
• To manage Notice board & communication to staff & parents
• To recruit teachers & staff members as per manpower plan
• To maintain statutory & regulatory compliances wrt to school records, Notice board – Legal compliances, Company returns & other compliances.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To provide a safe , hygienic environment to staff and students to prevent medical illness and accidents
• To provide infrastructure fixtures and furniture, equipment teaching aids, playgrounds, school garden, etc and other properly for effective learning
• To interact with parents to build a professional bond and trust for business growth
• To plan & execute curriculum & school timetable, allocation of duties as per laid guidelines intervene, review and initiate improvement interventions for staff
• To ensure fee Collection, issuance of Uniform, New Kits, etc at the beginning of the new academic session

To conduct Midterm & annual assessment of students & Result declaration.
Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation / Post Graduation/B.ed/NTT
