Role & responsibilities
- Overall management of the pre-school centre
- Handling day-to-day operations and administration
- Managing teachers and support staff
- Parent interaction, counselling & query resolution
- Admissions, enrolment targets & centre growth
- Ensuring compliance with academic and safety standards
- Maintaining records, reports, and MIS
- Coordinating events, activities & inspections
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Education background preferred)
- Prior experience as Centre Head / Academic Coordinator / Branch Head
- Strong leadership & team-handling skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Passion for early childhood education
