Centre Manager

• Manage daily training operations, candidates, trainers, and facility activities.
• Maintain records, performance reports, and timely batch closure documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with team members across the organisation.
• Implement training programs as per Vision-Aid’s curriculum and quality standards.
• Monitor training quality, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to trainers and candidates.
• Track candidate engagement, satisfaction, and training outcomes.
• Conduct community outreach to identify and enroll potential trainees.
• Assess candidate needs and provide support for successful training completion and retention.
• Facilitate job-readiness training, including resumes, interviews, and career guidance.
• Support candidates during interviews and track post-training employment outcomes.
• Coordinate with employers and demonstrate candidates’ skills where required.
• Lead, support, and motivate trainers and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development feedback.
• Build relationships with schools, NGOs, government bodies, and industry partners.
• Promote Vision-Aid programs and generate candidate leads through community engagement.
• Maintain accurate training, assessment, feedback, and outcome records.
• Submit timely reports and batch closure documentation to management.
• Ensure compliance with Vision-Aid’s policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
