• Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organisational goals.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall organisational objectives.
