Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term operational strategies that align with the park’s growth goals.
• Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth running of daily activities, from opening to closing, while addressing any operational issues.
• Budget Management: Plan and control the park’s operational budget, reducing costs without compromising on quality or safety.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage teams, ensuring compliance with HR policies, Indian labour laws, and safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety measures meet Indian regulations such as those by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). Implement emergency response protocols for injuries, accidents, and unforeseen incidents.
• Vendor Coordination and Management: Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, supplies, and services. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels for food, beverages, and merchandise are maintained.
• Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor customer feedback to make improvements and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Reporting: Create monthly performance, safety, and financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Operations.
• At least 5-7 years in a senior operations role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of Indian safety, labour, and business regulations.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
