Job Description – Centre Manager

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make regular inbound and outbound calls to connect with students.
• Follow up with leads and arrange student walk-ins.
• Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
• Convert enquiries and walk-ins into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage the overall performance and daily activities of the centre.
• Monitor admissions, revenue, collections, and team performance.
• Guide counsellors and help them achieve their targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate more leads and walk-ins.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
• Report centre performance and business updates directly to the Business Head.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, admissions, or centre management.
• Good communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
• Good leadership and reporting skills.
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
