About the role

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Centre Manager to join our Centre-Based Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operations and high-quality care delivery for our Daycare and Rehab clients by leading a multidisciplinary team, implementing therapeutic programmes, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the welfare and safety of Daycare and Rehab clients within the centre, in compliance with SOPs and MOH service requirements.

  • Organise and conduct multidisciplinary meetings (MDMs) to ensure holistic care planning and coordination for clients.
  • Promote inclusive care by involving community dwellers and increasing centre visibility through engagement with community partners.
  • Conduct risk management assessments, analyse incidents, and implement solutions to ensure safe care environments.
  • Provide operational leadership and supervision for centre staff, fostering a learning and quality improvement culture through training and development.

  • Prior caregiving experience in hospitals, nursing homes, or home settings is advantageous.
  • Patient and willing to serve elderly clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks under time constraints.
  • IT and digitally savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools used in care environments.
