Centre Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Center Operations Manager serves as the primary leader and operational backbone of the center. You will be directly responsible for daily center operations, guest satisfaction, party execution, caf management, staff leadership, and local floor revenue generation. You will ensure the center runs smoothly, stays spotlessly clean and safe, and delivers a warm, memorable experience to every child and parent who walks through the doors

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:4-8years of supervisory or managerial experience in
• Retail, Salon, Hospitality, Entertainment, or FEC (Family Entertainment Centre) . experience managing a large-format outlet/center or a sizeable team
• Customer Focus: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Calm under pressure with strong conflict resolution abilities when dealing with floor issues or staff matters.
• Operational Readiness: Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak holiday periods (when play centers experience maximum footfall).
