Centre Operations Manager ( Super Urgent)

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations
• Ensure efficient patient flow (registration, consultation, diagnostics, surgery, discharge)
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Drive OPD/IPD conversions and surgical volumes (e.g., cataract, LASIK)
• Build relationships with local doctors, NGOs, corporates, and referral networks
• Plan outreach activities like eye camps and screenings.
• Oversee procurement and stock of lenses, medicines, and consumables

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 10 years of experience in hospital/clinic management (preferably ophthalmology).
• Experience in handling operations, team management and business targets.
