Centre Receptionist (中心接待員)

About the role

Receptionist role with flexible work locations across Central, Kwun Tong, and Cheung Sha Wan. Work on an alternate 5 and 6-day work week schedule (including Sat/Sun shifts)

Key responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, handle guest registration, and direct clients to meeting rooms.
• Call & Inquiry Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and accurately route messages to relevant departments.
• Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and courier packages, and schedule outgoing dispatches.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy, presentable, and fully stocked with office supplies.
• Admin Support: Assist with routine office tasks, including data entry, document filing, and meeting space bookings.

About you

• Computer literacy is required (Google workplace, MS Office, email, basic data entry)
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
