Key Responsibilities

· Take overall responsibility for the management and operations of the Group’s Hong Kong subsidiary; formulate the company’s medium- and long-term development strategy with a focus on the business portfolio of innovative biomedicine and new drug R&D projects; and coordinate pipeline out-licensing / business development (BD), investment and financing, and industry-university-research collaborations.

· Chair board of directors and executive management meetings; lead major commercial negotiations, cross-border project collaborations, and engagement with institutions and investors; and bear ultimate responsibility for the company’s business performance and expansion.

· Build the local business team in Hong Kong and refine the corporate governance structure; oversee compliance operations in Hong Kong and maintain relationships with government and industry bodies.

· Coordinate the management of domestic and overseas intellectual property and project development progress; align resources between the Mainland R&D headquarters and the Hong Kong platform to advance project commercialization.

· Oversee company budget control and capital operations; drive financing, industrial partnerships, and preparations related to the capital market.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, business administration, or a related field; proven senior executive management experience with 8+ years of executive leadership in the biopharmaceutical industry, including hands-on experience in innovative drug company operations, business development (BD), and investment and financing.

· Strong cross-border business capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the R&D, licensing collaboration, and capital market mechanics of the biopharmaceutical industry; a rich network of industry resources and connections.

· Complete hands-on experience in corporate strategic planning, team building, major commercial negotiations, and investment/financing projects; experience leading an innovative drug company in advancing pipeline development is preferred.

· Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), able to independently engage with overseas partners and investment institutions; familiarity with the Hong Kong business environment is preferred.

· Exceptional overall decision-making ability, capable of independently assuming full responsibility for the overall management and operations of the enterprise.
