Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with organizational goals and mission.
• Lead and inspire senior leadership teams to achieve operational excellence across departments including marketing, fundraising, business development, and program management.
• Oversee financial management activities such as budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with board members, stakeholders, partners, and community leaders to support organizational growth and mission fulfillment.
• Drive business development initiatives and innovative fundraising strategies to expand organizational impact and revenue streams.
• Manage overall operations by establishing policies, procedures, and performance metrics that promote efficiency and accountability.
• Represent the organization publicly through speaking engagements, media appearances, and community events to enhance visibility and influence.

Skills

• Extensive experience in corporate strategy development and execution.
• Proven track record of executive leadership within nonprofit or corporate environments.
• Strong business management expertise including operational oversight and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in team management, supervising senior leaders, and fostering collaborative work environments.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets at an executive level; familiarity with nonprofit financial management is a plus.
• Expertise in marketing, fundraising for business development, and nonprofit financial strategies.

Pay: $56,437.81 - $67,968.12 per year
