Role & responsibilities

Operations & Project Execution - Oversee large-scale EPC projects, ensuring asset creation (pipelines, city gate stations, CNG stations) is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Formulate and execute the companys long-term business strategy to maximize market share in assigned GAs.
• Accelerate infrastructure rollout to meet and exceed Minimum Work Program (MWP) targets set by the PNGRB, mitigating risk of penalty or license forfeiture.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including LNG corridors, LCNG stations, and CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) integration.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Civil preferred). An MBA from a premier institute is highly desirable.
• Experience: 20–25 years of experience in the Energy, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CXO/President/VP) explicitly within a CGD or midstream pipeline company.
• Proven track record of successfully commissioning large-scale city gas networks and managing high-volume retail (CNG) and B2B (Industrial PNG) commercial operations.

Key Competencies

• Deep understanding of the Indian regulatory framework (PNGRB regulations, gas allocation policies, safety mandates).
• Strong capability in Gas Purchase Agreements (GPA) and Gas Transmission Agreements (GTA) negotiations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and crisis-management skills.
