HADCL is seeking an accomplished leader to serve as CEO of its Agriculture Division. This is a rare opportunity to build an organisation from the ground up, driving both commercial success and farmer outcomes across Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership, operational setup, and farmer mobilisation
FPO identification, onboarding, and financial viability
Recruitment and management of a 20+ member team
Infrastructure commissioning and digital mandi adoption
Compliance, financial discipline, and transparent reporting
Candidate Profile:
~15 years of leadership in agricultural supply chains
Proven record of organisation-building
Strong credibility with farmers and government stakeholders
Advantageous: Assamese/Karbi language skills, North East field experience, FPO/mandi operations
