About the role

We are seeking an exceptional CEO Construction to lead PT Sibima Berkarya Mandiri and drive our strategic vision forward. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the company's performance, profitability, and growth trajectory. This is a pivotal leadership role with significant influence over the company's direction, operational excellence, and market positioning within the construction industry. You will be expected to provide visionary leadership whilst maintaining operational integrity and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability across all levels of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the company's strategic business plan and long-term vision, whilst ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives and market opportunities
• Overseeing all operational aspects of the construction business, including project delivery, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and cost management
• Driving financial performance through effective budget management, revenue growth initiatives, and profitability improvement strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
• Leading and managing the executive team, establishing performance targets, and fostering a high-performance culture that promotes excellence and professional development
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance requirements
• Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative construction methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Representing the company at board meetings, investor presentations, and industry forums, communicating company performance and strategic direction
• Managing risk across the organisation and implementing robust systems for monitoring and mitigating operational, financial, and reputational risks

What we're looking for

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the construction, engineering, or related infrastructure industries
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects and managing complex business operations in a competitive market
• Strong expertise in construction management, project delivery, financial management, and business development
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and investor relations
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to navigate complex business challenges and make sound strategic decisions under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
• Strong professional network within the construction and infrastructure sectors
