CEO Driver

As a CEO Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of our CEO and their family. While you will be officially contracted and receive statutory contributions through the company, your primary daily responsibilities will be dedicated to the executive and their household. This role requires punctuality, a strong sense of responsibility, and deep familiarity with Metro Manila routes.

POSITION: CEO Driver (Executive & Family Driver)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

WORK SETUP: Onsite | Monday - Saturday (10 hours a day | Sunday Day Off)

WORK LOCATION: Metro Manila (Office Base: Aguirre Street, Makati City)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Safely and professionally drive the CEO and family members to various destinations, including daily commutes, corporate meetings, and personal appointments.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept spotless, clean, and in excellent running condition at all times.
• Perform routine daily maintenance checks (oil, water, battery, brakes, tires) and coordinate schedules for comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Run corporate or personal errands for the CEO and family as requested.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and personal knowledge of traffic patterns to ensure timely arrivals, adjusting routes as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism regarding all conversations and activities of the passengers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven professional experience as an Executive Driver, Family Driver, or Corporate Chauffeur.
• Technical Skills: Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with a clean driving and traffic violation record.
• Background: Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check and submit necessary clearances (NBI, Police Clearance).

SKILLS:

• Expert knowledge of Metro Manila roads, alternative routes, and provincial highways.
• Excellent defensive driving skills and a thorough understanding of Philippine traffic laws and regulations.
• Highly punctual, reliable, polite, and well-groomed.
• Good communication skills to coordinate schedules and report vehicle issues effectively.
