CEO Support and Content Creator

Bellamianta Luxury Tanning is seeking a driven and creative CEO Support and Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive day-to-day support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence and administrative tasks.
• Act as a professional point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Create, coordinate and manage engaging content across relevant digital and social media platforms.
• Develop content ideas, captions, written materials, photography and video content in line with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Support the CEO’s personal and professional brand through the creation and coordination of high-quality content.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, announcements and other promotional activities.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information relating to the CEO and business.
• Accompany CEO to various events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)
• Experience in campaign planning and performance tracking
• Creative thinker with strong content and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is an advantage
• A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable
