We are looking for a skilled Ceramic Kiln Operator to join our team at PAVIT CERAMICS PVT.LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ceramics and kiln operation, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain ceramic kilns to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Monitor and control the temperature, pressure, and other parameters inside the kiln to meet production requirements.

• Load and unload raw materials, glazes, and finished goods from the kiln.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, or replacing equipment parts.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.

• Implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Ceramics or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating ceramic kilns.

• Strong knowledge of ceramics, kiln operation, and safety procedures.

• Excellent technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
