Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain ceramic molding equipment for efficient production.

• Monitor and control the quality of molded products to meet specifications.

• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets and goals.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Troubleshoot issues with molding equipment and provide solutions to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as ceramics or engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a ceramics manufacturing environment.

• Possess strong knowledge of ceramic materials, molding processes, and quality control measures.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.

• Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods is required.
