At Eco Kids Early Learning, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder, connection, curiosity, and meaningful learning through play.

We are currently seeking exceptional Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our passionate team in part-time and casual positions. These roles provide valuable support across the service, including annual leave cover, lunch breaks, programming support, and assisting our Educators in delivering outstanding learning experiences.

This is much more than a support role—we are looking for Educators who share our values and want to become a valued part of the Eco Kids family.

About You:
We’re looking for Educators who:
* Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Have a genuine passion for early childhood education.
* Believe in play-based and nature-inspired learning.
* Are kind, patient, nurturing, and respectful.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
* Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team.
* Are confident contributing to programming, observations, and documentation (Diploma educators).
* Are reliable, professional, and take pride in delivering high-quality education and care.
* Are flexible and happy to support different age groups when required.
* Bring positivity, initiative, and a genuine love of working with children every day.

Your Role
You will:
* Support Educators across our learning environments.
* Provide annual leave and lunch break cover.
* Support planning, programming, and meaningful learning experiences.
* Foster positive relationships with children and families.
* Contribute to beautiful, engaging, and inviting learning environments.
* Work collaboratively to provide exceptional education and care.
