Learning Blocks Child Care – Quakers Hill

We’re looking for a Full-Time Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team at Learning Blocks Child Care in Quakers Hill.

We’re a small, close-knit centre and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, works well as part of a team and takes pride in what they do.

We want someone who is reliable, gets involved, communicates well and understands that working in early childhood is about so much more than setting up activities. It’s about building relationships with children and families, being present with the children and contributing to a positive team environment.

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check
• Have full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this position
• Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Be reliable and take responsibility for your role
• Build genuine relationships with children and families
• Be a team player and willing to help wherever needed
• Take initiative and contribute ideas
• Understand the importance of child safety and your responsibilities as an educator

Please note: This position is specifically for a Certificate III or Diploma qualified educator. Applicants with higher early childhood qualifications, including ECT/Bachelor qualifications, will not be considered for this position.

Experience is great, but attitude, reliability and finding the right fit for our team are really important to us.

Pay: $26.57 – $36.00 per hour
