Idaho Hand Center is a thriving orthopedic subspecialty clinic dedicated to outstanding patient care. We’re looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to work directly with our hand and upper extremity specialists in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to apply your clinical and rehabilitation skills within an orthopedic practice setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the physician with clinic procedures, including room setup, patient prep, and instrument management.
• Provide direct clinical support: assist with casting, splint fabrication, suture removal, wound care, and post-procedure education.
• Document patient history, treatments, and progress notes accurately in the EHR.
• Coordinate care between the physician, therapy team, and patients to ensure seamless communication.
• Manage supply inventory and contribute to maintaining clinic efficiency.
• Participate in patient education related to injury prevention, post-operative protocols, and rehabilitation plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Current BOC certification and Idaho Athletic Trainer license (or eligibility).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Prior orthopedic or upper extremity clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems; knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.
• A proactive, compassionate professional who enjoys hands-on patient care and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
