Role Overview

The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training aligned with global cybersecurity certifications. The trainer must bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world cyber defense practices, enabling learners to become industry-ready professionals.

This role demands deep technical expertise, mentoring ability, industry exposure, and passion for shaping future cybersecurity leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for global certifications such as:
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator)
• CSA (Certified SOC Analyst)
• CompTIA Security+
• CompTIA CySA+
• CompTIA Pentest+
• Other advanced red team / blue team programs
• Conduct practical lab sessions on:
• Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
• Network Security
• SOC Operations
• Digital Forensics
• Malware Analysis
• Vulnerability Assessment
• SIEM tools (Splunk / QRadar / Wazuh etc.)
• Design and update training materials in alignment with global certification bodies.
• Mentor students on career pathways, certification preparation, and interview readiness.
• Support placement team with technical assessments and mock interviews.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, bootcamps, and corporate training programs.
• Participate in curriculum development and R&D initiatives.
• Contribute to cybersecurity awareness campaigns and academic outreach programs.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BSc / BCA / MCA / MSc in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity training or industry practice.
• Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing and security operations.
• Experience working with live lab environments.

Mandatory Certifications (Any 2 or more preferred)

• CEH
• CHFI
• CSA
• CompTIA Security+
• CompTIA CySA+
• OSCP / OSCC / Equivalent

Technical Skills Required

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Firewalls)
• Linux & Windows Security
• Web Application Security
• Cloud Security Basics (AWS / Azure Security)
• Vulnerability tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus)
• SIEM tools exposure
• Incident Response fundamentals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
