• Graduation, life science background preferably Bio-Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, Physiotherapist, Pharmacy and NursingMinimum of 1 years EM Outpatient, Inpatient, and observation

• Should be CIC/CCS/CPC certified through AAPC/AHIMASoftware/Platform preference - Epic, Encoder Strong knowledge in anatomy and physiology

• Willing to work for Rotational shifts

• Accurately code physician practitioner services through review of medical record documentation and encounter forms for Outpatient facilityAssign EM levels pertaining to Office visit, EM Inpatient & Observation visit,

• Preventive visit, Critical care codes, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and modifiers based on documentation, government teaching physician documentation requirements and LCD/NCD/ NCCI policiesShould have working experience minor procedures done in outpatient facility (Immunizations, Vaccinations, Infusions, Injections, HCPCS CPT series)

• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

• Ensure that deliverable to the client is adhered to the quality standards and productivity TAT
