Responsibilities

• Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, and Wispy Lash Extensions
• Perform lash fills and maintenance appointments
• Perform Lash Lift & Tint Services and Brow Lamination & Tint
• Educate clients on lash aftercare and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation following California State Board regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Recommend lash care products and services
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive client experience

A receptionist handles consultations, scheduling, and client communication so you can focus on your clients.

Requirements

• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Experience with eyelash extensions
• Experience with lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tint preferred
• Strong attention to detail and passion for beauty
• Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio or photos of previous work preferred

Compensation

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour + Commission + Tips
