We are seeking a talented and motivated Certified Lash Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension services including classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume sets
• Provide thorough consultations to determine the best lash style and maintenance plan for each client
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area in accordance with state regulations
• Stay current on lash trends, techniques, products, and industry best practices
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and consistent results
• Recommend retail products and additional services that enhance the client experience
• Deliver services in a timely, professional manner while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

• Valid Virginia Esthetician license
• Current certification in eyelash extension application
• Experience with classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash techniques preferred
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and professional
• Passionate about beauty, client care, and continuing education
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
