Job Summary
Join our dynamic aquatic team as a Lifeguard, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all pool visitors. Your energetic presence and proactive approach will help prevent accidents, provide exceptional guest services, and foster confidence in swimmers of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Vigilantly monitor pool areas to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or unsafe behavior.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
• Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks and maintaining water quality standards.
• Assist with pool upkeep including cleaning pool decks, checking chemical levels, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Provide friendly guest services by answering questions, offering guidance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold safety protocols, complete incident reports, and maintain accurate records of pool activities.

Skills

• Lifeguard experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow safety protocols meticulously and respond calmly under pressure.

Certifications

• Red Cross Lifeguard certification, or certifiable by start date
