Certified Lifeguard

Job Overview
As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies. You will also assist with pool maintenance and provide excellent guest services to enhance the overall experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Vigilantly monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of the pool area.
• Assist with pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning.
• Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Participate in training sessions and drills to stay updated on safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid are essential.
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance practices, including cleaning
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
