- Collect and process patient payments
- Assist with patient follow-up calls and communications
- Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
- Follow OSHA, infection-control, and workplace safety standards
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional clinical environment

- Strong communication and patient-service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy medical practice
- Professional and polished appearance and communication style
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and performing other front-office responsibilities
- Comfortable learning new treatments, technologies, and medical protocols
Aesthetic or medical spa experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with medical weight management, wellness medicine, hormone therapy, IV therapy, injectables, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures is a plus.

Most importantly, you enjoy being part of a smaller team where your contribution has a meaningful impact on the practice and our patients.
Schedule
Approximately 30 hours per week.
Candidates should have reasonable scheduling flexibility based on patient appointments and practice needs.
