What they need
- Medical Coding experience in a hospital/clinic setting.
- Hands-on experience with Clinica approvals and insurance claims processing.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS and medical terminology.
- Experience in insurance pre-authorizations, approvals, claim submission and resubmission.
- Ability to review clinical documentation and ensure accurate coding.
- Experience handling rejected/denied claims and identifying coding-related issues.
- Knowledge of DHA/insurance requirements in the UAE.
- Strong coordination skills with doctors, billing, insurance and clinical departments.
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
