Certified Medical Coder - Supervisor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Coder Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) and Medical Coders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely coding of medical records and healthcare documentation. This role oversees daily operations, productivity, quality performance, client deliverables, and employee development while ensuring adherence to coding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience in medical coding, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare services environment.
• Active Medical Coding License (AAPC or AHIMA)
• Strong Clinical Knowledge base with a minimum of 3 years of hospital experience
• At least 2 years of Medical Coding experience
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in any of our sites (Makati, Alabang, Quezon City)
