Looking for a Medication Aide position where you can make a difference and be part of a team that cares? Callaway Good Life Center is hiring Medication Aides for both DAY and NIGHT shifts!

We’re looking for dependable, compassionate team members who take pride in providing safe, quality care while building meaningful relationships with our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications to residents as ordered and within your scope of practice
• Accurately document medication administration
• Monitor residents and report changes, concerns, or medication-related issues to the nurse
• Follow medication administration procedures and safety standards
• Assist with resident care and daily needs as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the care team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe medication cart and work area
• Provide compassionate care while treating every resident with dignity, respect, and kindness

What We’re Looking For

• Current Nebraska Medication Aide certification
• Dependable and reliable
• Caring and compassionate
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
