Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assist with medication administration and patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in our care facility. Your expertise will support individuals with diverse needs, including those with Alzheimer's, dementia, developmental disabilities, and mental health disabilities. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, respectful care that promotes independence and dignity for every individual.

Duties

• Safely administer prescribed medications to residents following all regulatory guidelines and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient responses to medication, vital signs, and overall health status using charts for each specific resident

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Medication Aide with current licensure in the applicable state
• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or community-based care environments
• Familiarity with medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance practices

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
