Starting pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Buffalo Prairie Care Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate Certified Medication Technician to support residents in our long-term care and skilled nursing community. The CMT helps administer medications safely and provides respectful, attentive care in coordination with the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as authorized and in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration and related information accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and confidentiality practices.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and care-team members.

Qualifications

• Current CMT certification or credential required for the position under applicable state regulations.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
