Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care according to best practices and physician instructions.
• Monitor and document patients’ health conditions, reporting any changes.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments.
• Assist with medical procedures and offer support to physicians.
• Educate patients and their families about their health, medications, and post-care procedures.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development, including training and workshops.

Requirements:

• Registered and certified as a nurse with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Degree or diploma in Nursing (RN, RN-BSN, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
• Proficiency in medical software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is an advantage.
