Certified Nurse Practitioner

This full-time position requires a Certified Nurse Practitioner with clinical expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating various medical conditions.

• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of disease etiology, risk factors, and presentation, performing accurate assessments and interpreting diagnostic results.

• Develops and adjusts patient care plans, educates patients and families, and maintains thorough documentation.

• Provides compassionate, coordinated care across the lifespan, advocating for patients and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.

• Engages in continuous learning, self-evaluation, and professional development, while adhering to ethical standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

• Considers cost-effectiveness and evidence-based practices in decision-making and supports organizational standards of care.
