We are currently hiring for the following positions open in our Assisted Living/Memory care:

Full-Time****CNA - 32 hours a week working every other weekend and weekdays.
2:30**PM–11:00PM**

Part-Time****CNA - 8 hours a week working every other weekend
6:30**AM–3:00PM**

Part-Time****CNA 8 hours a week working every other weekend
2:30**PM–11:00Pm**

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' independence, comfort, dignity, and quality of life within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

WhatYou'llDo

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence.
• Take vital signs and observe changes in resident condition.
• Assist residents with meals, laundry, room organization, and other supportive services.
• Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events.
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and requests for assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to nursing leadership.
• Support a warm, engaging, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience is a plus but not required.
