Title : Certified Nurse Assistant

Work Status: Non-Exempt, PRN

Rate of Pay: SNF ($20 - 26 per hour, based on experience)

Shift Differential Pay: $1.50

Work Schedule: Every other Weekend; 3PM - 11PM

Radford Green is recruiting for a hospitality focused CNA to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. All private rooms, beautiful environment with tenure staff.

What you'll do:

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as need.
• Answers signal lights promptly. Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

What we're looking for:

• Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred . Registration with Illinois State registry required. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
