About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nurses
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Participating in patient care conferences and team meetings
• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, following established standards and protocols
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• n/a years of experience in a healthcare setting (minimum)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
